Street Kids ...the plight of every town
TLC is a luxury for kids who live on the streets. These homeless children have been taken in by an old-folks' home, where the temporary lodging provides food and shelter prior to their placement in an orphanage somewhere in Romania.

Caring worker (at old folk's home) who takes charge over temporary street-children residents. Early last summer we visited 7 children (5 boys & 2 girls) over a period of several weeks - later all but 3 had been placed in orphanages.
