Heart for Hope has been providing dental care to more than 35,000 kids through Cadena de Amor. During those years, more than 8,000 children have been served by the teams of Dr. Spomer and friends. At least 20 village schools have been reached. Our goal for the future is to provide continuous services for 12-15 villages and expand programs to select secondary schools or additional villages. The value of dental care, based on Honduran fees, exceeds $3 million.
